The Brief
WeddingBooker came about as an idea to disrupt the “old way” of how lucky couples searched for, found, enquired and booked the wedding venue of their choice – it was launched to become “Your Local Wedding Venue Search” website.
WeddingBooker had a database of the 8500 registered wedding venues in the UK – they were a start up brand, but came with over 20 years experience in the Wedding industry space. The brief was to make sure the large site had the best foundation as possible to build on from an SEO perspective, grow organic traffic to the site and venue pages and increase their digital footprint in the wedding venue space/industry. WeddingBooker is a one stop shop website, with the ability to view the venue facilities, availability, cost and couples able to enquire instantly, all on one website.
Objectives
Grow Organic Traffic to the site from a few hundred visitors per month to 1000’s.
Improve the reach of the brand to Wedding Venues themselves – who may had not heard of the new brand via a robust content marketing strategy.
