The Brief

Solutions in Technology (SIT Group) provide solutions to a wide variety of industry verticals – focusing on Photocopiers, Telecoms, IT Services and CCTV from small, medium and enterprise sized companies.

SIT Group were established in 2004 and where they have become a highly successful company and brand, with great success stories in their industry, scaling and building out a vast team of dedicated staff – their branding was looking tired and needed a full refresh.

The brief was to develop the SIT Group branding – align it to the core brand beliefs, what they stood for and make it modern, recognisable as a brand that can make complex IT services simple through their expertise and experience.

Our Solution

We spent time to get a better understanding of the business as a whole, where they started, what their journey was and what the staff who worked for SIT Group believed were their strongest/weakest attributes as brand. We analysed their input, worked closely with key stakeholders across the business to prepare for a two day branding workshop.

During the workshop, we mapped out thought processes, associations with other brands, competitor research and analysis from the attendees to build out a wider picture and direction of what the journey for the brand would be. We worked on all the input, from the feelings, positives and the negatives, imagery, font styles and used all the input from the two days to develop a selection of ideas to share with the team. Minimal feedback and iterations as the team we onboard with the proposed design and overall brand asset development.

Working through the finalised brand designs – we mapped/created how they would look across every channel for SIT Group including, website logo and assets, social media assets, email signatures through to vehicle livery, business cards, stationery, brochures and product catalogues and clothing. We supplied SIT Group with a full branding guidelines document to work from for future use.
